My beloved brother Sigmund!
It has been quite some time since I heard from you and that disturbs me very much, I hope you are well.
Evidently, you have received my last letter by now. If you need money and if you have the desire to come here, write me. I will send you the money.
I am in need of a young man, and I promise you that you will earn far more here than in Washington. I must hurry with this letter, since the Steamer will soon depart.
Write me your answer immediately.
I send you my love,
Your faithful brother,
Seligmann Heilner
